Getting the network right
- Match the network exactly. USDT on Tron sent to an Ethereum address is gone. The cashier lists networks separately for exactly this reason — the row you picked is the network you must send on.
- Copy, never type. One wrong character sends your deposit somewhere unrecoverable. Not by us, not by anyone.
- Check the last four characters of the pasted address against the cashier before you send. Clipboard-hijacking malware exists and this catches it.
- Don’t send a coin the cashier doesn’t list. Anything outside the nine above goes to an address we don’t control.
